Sterling Edwards Painting Skies with Transparent Watercolor
In this two hour video, Sterling Edwards shows a variety of effective ways to paint skies that are colorful and interesting using transparent watercolor. You will see a simple way to do a graded wash, paint a clean and vibrant sunset, a stormy and turbulent sky, dramatic cumulus clouds, and a foggy atmospheric scene.
Sterling also shows you some of his brush techniques for creating a horizon with distant trees and how to suggest a simple foreground.
